The Best Sunscreen: Kiehl’s Super Fluid UV Defense SPF 50+

Kiehls's Super Fluid UV Defense SPF 50+ : $34

I know the weather is still a bit neurotic in some parts of the country, but where I am, it’s sweltering hot so naturally it’s time for me to pull out my sunscreen.  I know I’m supposed to wear it all year round, but my makeup has SPF 15 so I figure I’m covered during the cold winter months.

Usually, I wear SPF 15 on my face but this year I decided to pull out the big guns… SPF 50! I started using Kiehl’s Super Fluid UV Defense SPF 50+ a few months ago and I absolutely love it!  Usually sunscreens leave my face a bit oily and shiny but not this one.  It’s oil-free, offers UVA and UVB protection, is super absorbent and gives me a matte finish… very important if you’re going to be out all day under the sun.  The best part is, you don’t feel like you’re wearing sunscreen, which for me is a big plus.  The only downside with this product is that it does have a distinctive smell to it.  Although it doesn’t bother me, some people have described it as smelling like sulfur, but the smell goes away after a few seconds.  I have tried many sunscreens over the years and I have to say this is by far the best one I’ve used.  Thanks Kiehls!
