My Favorite Concealers

Favorite Concealers

I’ve written about my under eye circles and skin imperfections in the past (read here and here), so it’s not an exaggeration when I say that I NEVER leave the house without concealer on.  It doesn’t matter if I’m running a quick errand, taking out the trash, or going swimming…  I always have a little bit on.  I’ve experimented with so many concealers over the years, but I now feel I’ve finally found a handful of concealers that I love. I alternate using them depending on the coverage I want that day. For example, I only use my  Clé de Peau Beauté and Makeup For Ever Full Cover to hide skin imperfections.  I feel these work best of my light skin, and do a great job covering up redness, scaring and/or pimples.  The rest I use to cover my under eye circles. I tend to prefer creamier formulas for under they eyes as I find them easier to use.  Lately I’ve been alternating between my Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer and the Maybeline Fit but the rest on my list are pretty amazing as well. Which concealers have you tried? Let me know in the comments below.

About Pink Layers

Welcome to Pink Layers. I'm very excited to share with you guys my thoughts and ideas on beauty and fashion. My love affair with makeup, clothes and accessories started at a very young age and has only grown with time; unfortunately my bank account has shrunk because of it. Hopefully my blog will help and guide you into making wise purchasing decisions. After all, as Coco Chanel once said, "A girl should be two things... classy and fabulous."

  1. I love all things Bobbi Brown, but lately I’ve been loving the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer too! If you’re interested, I did a blog post on it here: http://wp.me/p65oNU-36. I think it’s a great dupe for the NARS!
